Delivery

Free Tracked Delivery for order values of £75 and over.

Standard Tracked Delivery:  2-4 Business Days £3.95

We are unable to post on Bank Holidays, and UK Public Holidays will effect delivery dates.

EU and overseas shipping:  P&P on request, please email office@corleystudios.co.uk for more information.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. It is always really helpful if you let us know as soon as possible that you are returning something. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and jewellery must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, please allow up to 10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a similar item (our pieces are unique and no two exactly the same), please send an email to office@corleystudio.co.uk and send your item by registered post to:
